We’re very happy with our water heater/water softener installation and re-piping, 2 estimates were given and all details were arranged.
We were given a prompt start date and a second finish date, but all work was completed in one day, and thoroughly cleaned up after.
It was refreshing to deal with Authentic after first trying to work with a different company and having to keep contacting them for info.
This company is amazing. We have had them fix a clogged toilet recently. Today, we called them to look at water damage near our shower. Eddie showed up promptly and instead of immediately tearing apart my house and racking up a bill, he explained that the water damage was not due to a leaking pipe but as a result of water spillage. It’s hard to find companies that do great work, show up immediately, and are honest. Eddie and Authentic Plumbing are exactly that type of company.
Eddie installed a hot water heater for us. I inquired one morning and received a quote within minutes and later that day had a new hot water heater. Superior honest work. My husband and I now have a new trust worthy plumber. Thank you Eddie - Janice and Thomas
