Logan, the lead installer and Wryder (aka David), additional installer , of our 5 new replacement windows did an overall great job. From start to finish of this lengthy installation, around 7 hours, they were friendly, hard working, professional and highly skilled in their workmanship. We had been experiencing issues with our Andersen windows and have been working with Renewal by Andersen for several years to resolve them. To be fair, we purchased and installed during COVID, so some of the challenges may have been related to that difficult time.
Recently, we had a few additional concerns and reached out for help. Today was repair day, and Nick and Matt arrived right on time after confirming our 8:30 AM appointment in Goodyear, AZ.
