Just had the final walk-around inspection of our new window installation by RMK Windows. From start to finish the experience has been absolutely exceptional. Our sales rep, Cyril, answered all of our questions, educated us on our options and was readily available for follow up questions in the days/weeks afterward. Never once did we feel pressured or fed a sales pitch to create urgency to buy like we encountered with a few other companies. I had all the windows in my home replaced (27) by RMK windows back in 2017. I have been very happy with the windows. However, recently I could no longer lock one of our basement windows. I called Jason at RMK, and after nine years since the installation, he came fixed the window and would not accept any money for the repair. The repair was not something that was covered by any guarantee. Jason (RMK) earned my respect by the kind of person he is and the company he runs. Thank you, Jason and RMK Windows!
