Illumination installed a 3 panel slider for us in 2020. We love the door. I had a very minor issue with one of the outside panels and so called them to request a tech to come out to repair it. Ben arranged for their service tech, Brian, to come out within a day. Brian not only fixed the original issue but also did some work on the lock mechanism to make it work more smoothly and also did some measurements and found that the door was not level. I would not have noticed but Brian said he'd have the office call and schedule to have the whole door "re-installed" to their exacting standards. It’s rare I get to leave a positive review for contractor work as of late every contractor/company I’ve used on my home renovation has been terrible with the exception of this company! Illumination has been the most pleasant experience yet! I can’t say enough great things about them! For the last year I’ve been searching for an affordable company to add several exterior multi-slide glass doors needing new headers as well. I almost have up until calling Illumination who actually answered their phone, provided a quote right away (set costs based on length/sizing needed), was affordable, reliable, \\u0026 sent knowledgeable workers each step of the way).
