We purchased double doors for the front entrance to our house in 2021. The doors have been great, but have gotten dinged up a little over the years. I called for some touchup paint and Ben was very good about answering my questions and ordering the kit for me. He also communicated very well on the steps along the way.
We bought a JeldWen french door in 2013 from Illumination, and it has been trouble free for 13 years. A couple weeks ago something happened to the handle/lock assembly and it wouldn’t stay latched. I remove the assembly and took it to Illumination to see if they could order one for me since I couldn’t find one online. Ben told me no problem, not only could he order one, but it would be covered under warranty! A week or so later I picked up the new assembly and solved the problem. It’s refreshing today to deal with a company that stands behind its products and still treats their customers right. Thank Ben!
Had an excellent experience with Illumination Window and Door Company. Tarry Quint was excellent. He was so helpful when making my selections. Very informative and seems like he is always available. Answered immediately anytime I contacted him. Installation went great. I had a whole house to replace. They said four days and it was done when they said it would be done. Cleaned up every day. Anthony and his crew of guys were hard workers. Also very nice and informative. Would definitely recommend! Love the windows!
