Rip off, called to fix the burner knob, Tec came out spend about an hour and said he have to do research to fix this, and left and called after a week and said there 2 different parts he can bring and try and I said no. Without fixing the problem they charged me $525. I called DEWITT EQUIPMENT CO, Tec came and fixed the knob in 25 minutes and charged me $175. If you don’t want to get ripped off then call any body but general parts

I can't say enough good things about this company. The manufacturer for our oven was as unhelpful as humanly possible, yet our service manager (Cristina) fought tooth and nail for us to get our parts and get them quickly. All while handling everything under warranty. Owning a small business, they went out of their way to rearrange their service calls to get us help as soon as possible (on multiple occasions). This was also during the Thanksgiving holiday which made it even more difficult, but they still found a way to fit us in.
