“At my personal residence . Pat came out to help with a condensation line issue. He arrived on time. Presented himself very professionally. First, he familiarized himself with the scope of work and then explained to me what needed to be done to resolve the problem. He's a very hard worker. I couldn't have been more pleased with him and his knowledge and work ethic. He's a great employee and a fine representative for Collin's. You're lucky to have him on your staff!”
“Norman was excellent! He was efficient, detailed and communicated well. He was on top of getting the parts we needed quickly. It was completed all within a week (including delivery of parts.) I can't thank him enough. We will definitely be using this business again and also be asking for Norman. Thank you!”
