Reached out for help with a small refrigerator. A Better Appliance Repair was honest and upfront, letting me know it's likely not cost effective to try and repair. I appreciate that they were more concerned about giving me honest information instead of trying to score a costly and unnecessary repair.Will be my go-to for any future needs! ?
Justin has come to fix our dryer twice (don't get a Samsung), and both times he was able to diagnose and finish the repair faster than I could finish 7 IG videos. Definitely recommend them for any appliance repair you may need!Also, ignore any review that complains about paying for the trip charge. He's very up front about all the costs associated with repair and takes time to get consent before he starts.
So nice to have someone actually answer the phone! Scheduled the appointment for next day, the tech called 20 minutes in advance of arrival (on time), and when he arrived he got right to work and knew what he was doing.
