I've desperately been looking for a missing part for a Kohler faucet. Called Kohler directly and they said it would be 45 days to manufacture the part. Called all over town to try and find the part locally and was referred to Farnsworth after trying about 8 other plumbing supply stores. Called Farnsworth and they believed they had the part. The gentleman quickly called me back to confirm that not only did they have the part that I could come and pick it up same day. The absolute tipping point was that they offered it to me without charge! Unbelievable service in a world where customer service is a lost art.
