From start to finish, Noel, the service tech, delivered attention to every detail of my HVAC system, inspecting, testing , analyzing, consulting with me on everything, and finally providing materials needed to complete the service. With the invoice I was provided a written recap of what was done and what might be needed in the future. Throughout the appt, Noel communicated clearly with me, discussed options, and shared his skills and HVAC knowledge to ensure I had a quality experience at this service call, and with M&R. Devin from M&R refrigeration provided absolutely phenomenal service during our preventive maintenance visit. He diagnosed our AC system's health during his visit and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary addons typical of other companies. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and extremely respectful of our home. I hope I can arrange for Devin to be my tech in the future.
