“Jerry was great, came out for same day service. Had a hose bib/ spigot replaced, which he completed extremely timely and for a very reasonable price. To top it all off, Jerry noticed and mentioned a termite trail on our house that we hadn’t noticed yet. We were able to make contact with our exterminator and get the issues resolved quickly before it turned into a more costly expense! A+ all around. “I signed up for the Gold Maintenance Plan and just had the heating inspection done as well as a water heater flush. Josh was very friendly, quick and neat. I feel that he did a great job! Just a heads up though, if you have a tankless water heater be sure to mention that. I was expecting that the water heater flush was going to be included in the price I was quoted and was charged a whole extra fee because it was tankless.“
