“Super affordable spay neuter services for cats and dogs. This place is great. Drop off at 8 am pick up at 345 and my cats always have a quick recovery. Never had any issues at all. And I've had over 10 pets fixed here. The place is clean and the doctors are very experienced. The medicate the animals well and my babies may go in scared at first but always come back feeling good ?“

When I called to get quotes on pricing Alex was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions quickly, without hesitation (great pricing btw). “We were referred to Dr. Lydia Lovato for our kitty who had a mystery illness. During our time working with Dr. Lovato, she was very caring with our kitty and made sure that she was always comfortable. She always made an effort to explain why she was ordering tests and what she was looking for during each visit. Despite many tests and medications, our kitty got worse and we unfortunately had to put her down. Even though this experience was awful and traumatic, Dr. Lovato made sure to personally walk us through it and was so kind during the entire time. All of the staff were so helpful during that time as well. Even though we never found a diagnosis for our kitty, I know that Dr. Lovato and the staff at VNC did everything they could to help her. My wife and I are eternally grateful to them for everything they did for our kitty and for us. We hope to never have to see them again, but if we need a neurologist for another kitty, we will certainly come back.“

“The past few years my lovebird, Peachy, has been going here. She has PBFD so she’s chronically ill and comes here more often than average. She has seen Dr Pilney and Dr Lamb and I feel so confident in both of the doctors abilities.
The vet technicians and the receptionists and these doctors have been so empathetic. There’s no other place I’d want to take her.
Peachy seems to even like interacting with them which is surprising since she was not always comfortable with vets before we started going here. I appreciate that they opt to try less invasive practices first and are responsive for when Peachy needs further treatment.

“First impressions on first visit was excellent. They were more interested in her symptoms than the last 3 vets I took my dog to, and offered a new treatment that Noone else had offered, we'll have to wait and see if it helps, everyone was super friendly to me and my dog. “Dr. Bracken is the best vet in the city. He provides a small town family feel vibe at his clinic, and unlike pretty much all vet clinics I have found in Phoenix, Arcadia Animal Clinic is not owned by a larger conglomerate. Dr. Bracken doesn’t over prescribe vaccines and meds like many vets. He listens and cares. The only downfall is that he is so good and likable that his new client waitlist is pretty long - but 100% worth the wait. I’ll be selfishly sad when Dr. Bracken starts his much deserved retirement because vets like him are almost impossible to come by. Thank you Dr Bracken for providing my dog such good care.“
