This was the first time we had pest control service from City wide pest control company. Technician Steve, texted us one day before our service date and time saying that he will be coming at 7 AM. As promised, he was at our home exactly at 7 AM, He explained to us what he was going to do. He did service our home from both inside and out side. He did not rush. Very friendly and hardworking gentleman. The company’s office staff was also very friendly

Ray Engels is exceptional! He followed up since I still had sugar ants ~2 weeks from first CIty Wide staff visit. Ray really educated me about the ants, different products to elimate them, how they could be coming into my home, what he saw on his inspectaion in and outside my home. He was so helpful and informative and very friendly and professional. And NO ants since his visit on July 30. He is a true asset to your team at CIty Wide!
