I have been using the services of Home Team since about 2014 and am always very pleased ….from contacting their office with any type of scheduling issue to the various technicians who come to my home to perform the work. I especially like the text messages informing me, well in advance, of scheduling options, as well as the specific written notation left by the technicians. Technicians are always professional and willing to explain, elaborate and reassure as needed. I especially like the easy to use client portal.

We moved into a new construction home in May, and because of all the construction going on, we had A LOT of bugs. Home Team comes out every other month and it has made such a difference! I didn't see an improvement right away, so I called to ask them to come back out before their next scheduled visit. They came the next day, and sprayed again at no additional cost because I wasn't satisfied. Now that we've been in our house for 6 months, we hardly ever see a bug in the house. I also love that our house was built with tubes inside the walls that they can spray into from a port on the outside of the house, so they don't have to come into the house, and I don't have to worry...read full review

I love the confidence I have with using Home Team consistently. We have been using Home Team for our in-wall feature and the outsides of our home and I'm very happy with how little pests we have to worry about. If I do ever see anything I am able to call and have them come out for free. I'm very happy with the payment plan that I have we have been using them for about 16 years and I recently shopped around and they are still the best pricing!Services: Spider extermination
