“We had the same landscaping service for 4+ years. Not that they were particularly great at their jobs but primarily because they showed up! They had broken small lights and other lawn decor before but we just chalked it up to understandable mistakes and asked them to please be more careful. Never had a problem right up until 2 large firepits were broken and the evidence was "hidden". When we tried to contact the company an hour later to try to come to some sort of compromise, we were ghosted. We weren't even asking for money for our firepits because they were expensive and this was a small company but we weren't shown any professional courtesy at all. “CGL Landscaping has been great to work with. We reached out to Jose to get an estimate for a one time clean up and monthly service. Jose and Alan showed up the next day to provide an estimate for both services. We elected to move forward with CGL and the clean up crew was out the following day to complete services. Two weeks later, the monthly maintenance crew showed up to complete our first monthly service. Invoicing and payment is easy through an online portal. Jose and Alan were both responsive throughout the process and were accessible via text, email or phone call. “Hired Flowing Wells to design and install all outside landscaping, hard surfaces, pool, spa, BBQ, pots w/ plants, drip systems, outdoor lighting and planters. My house was completed on Feb 17th 2022 but did not include any outdoor landscaping. They started within and week and stayed on the job 6 days a week until completed. I was swimming in my new pool by mid May just in time for summer!The crews were very professional, and nice.
