My initial estimate was with Derek who was on time, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable and a joy to converse with about my pool problems (vacuum not moving). He was able to explain what service was recommended and why. That explanation helped me understand the problem. I was very thankful for Derek.
The technician that showed up today to actually perform the recommended job was Savion. This young man is definitely one of God's angels on earth. He was polite, and so kind. He took the time to listen to my woes about the pool and never made me feel rushed or that he didn't care. It was obvious he cares. His knowledge of pools and how they work was stellar. That also put my mind at ease. He was patient and kind in every interaction I had with him. Savion went far above and beyond in his duties. Today he restored my faith in humanity. In a time when human kindness seems to be at a minimum, this young man showed me its still out there.
