From the beginning to completion of our outdoor bbq island, I am extremely pleased with how well everything turned out. From the initial consult w/Zee (who was very courteous and informative) to the build (Jesus and his assistant.) The island turned out EXACTLY how we wanted it. Zee was very attentive when I described the design to him and Jesus built it to the exact design, also using the cultured stone and travertine we picked out. They cleaned up the work area so well afterwards ( good sign of a very professional company.) Jeremiah and his crew did a great job with the hardscaping pavers/turf for our backyard! The whole process took two weeks from start to finish and we love the outcome. They were conscious of our budget and seemed honest with pricing. If we had any questions or concerns with something during the renovation they got back to us quickly to help us fix the problem. Payments were sometimes rushed/unclear but it was resolved quickly. Very happy we chose Master AZ scapes.
MasterAZScapes did an AMAZING job on our yard. I had multiple quotes done as we had just moved into our 1st home and it was a new build with a dirt backyard. Zee was extremely professional, friendly, and respectful to our budget and wishes. He answered every question we had throughout the process and was even able to get our project started earlier than expected. The team that did the labor were also great, especially Carlos. The first day of the job the rest of the team had called out sick, but rather than cancel that first day, Carlos got to work by himself on our paver patio.
