They took the time to go over what I did not like and make a plan to help fix it. It was nice to get recommendations rather than them just asking what I wanted. I was just here recently had came back to talk to them about a color service that I had that didn't look like the past colors I had gotten here before. The stylist I had Autumn was very kind and helpful along with her instructors they listened and took care of my need. For being a school they do go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied with the service they had.“
