The atmosphere of Arcane is a welcoming, authentic, community focused, comfortable vibe mixed with extreme hair knowledge and professionalism. If you’re looking for a place to listen to you, validate you, and assist you on your hair journey, there is nowhere better. The stylists all show care, and they carry awesome products
This was recommended to me by my sister and I'm so glad she did! The parking was a little confusing at first (park in the ground level where you see the white triangles, go in and get a pass to put in your window). I had my appt with Emma. She listened to me and worked with me. I love how my haircut turned out! She gives great head massages too.
This salon was absolutely lovely! From the atmosphere (such a cool sitting area and awesome magazines) to the actual services themselves this place is a delight. My partner was receiving one of her first gender affirming haircuts and Austin went above and beyond to make her feel heard, cared for and educated on how to care for her curly hair. Would highly recommend this salon to fellow queer people looking for a safe environment to receive excellent services.
