“If you are considering a remodeling of your home and floors, save yourself the time and concerns and go with Urban Customs. Heath and his contracting team are absolutely superb in professionalism, design layouts, any work arounds that arise (Heath literally built a Murphy door for us using the present door vs us having to buy one and install) and just as important to anyone....PRICING. My wife and I consulted with several companies in the valley and Heath was nearly 40% cheaper. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and duration were all above board. Each contactor was equally thourough in their setup and clean up on a daily bases. Heath and his team converted our den into a full media room, to include a complete demolition to the studs, new carpeting, new cabinets for storage, a superb sound system to include speakers in the ceiling, cam lighting and leather granite for the counter tops. After that job we waited a few months had our kitchen renovated, we changed from an electric stove to gas, new appliances, new kitchen layout (moving the refrigerator to the east wall opeing up spacing for the new stainless steel gas range with new cabinets, new counter tops, new flooring, new lighting, converted the old dining room into a sitting lounge with a coffee and drinking station, new paint scheme throughout the house, new ceiling fans and new flooring. We rented out house out for short term rentals while we were living in San Diego and renovating our home was important to us upon moving back to Phoenix. The house is absolutely stunning and without the terrors, hassles and most importantly our savings and financial portfolio weren't exhausted at all. On budget and under the scheduled time for completion. We can not recommend Urban Customs strongly enough.“

“I flew to Phoenix specifically to pick granite for an outdoor kitchen project at my winter home. I thought this would be quick and simple. I started with the supplier recommended by my contractor. They were mildly helpful, but had very little 3 cm inventory. Turns out tarrifs on granite from some countries are 50% and no one is bringin in new right now. I had one day to get this done. I tried several more options with little service oriented help and no success. I returned home to do more research and call first before racing around town any longer.

My second new find was AZ Royal Granite and Remodeling. An energetic young man answered and truly listened to what I was looking for. Before I could ask, he used caller id to know my phone number and texted a Pic from their lot with a great suggestion. This level of initiative is so rare and I knew I'd just found a great source to solve my problem. Sam was amazingly, patient, and knew his inventory like no other shop I'd tried. An incredible level of service, robust inventory, and quality product is what you will find at AZ Royal Granite. Go meet Sam and you won't look back!“

“In 2023 we did a whole house remodel and from all trades involved, the wood floor and baseboard work done by Olympic Hardwood was absolute tops! His crews were very meticulous, hard working and polite. The workmanship is impeccable and we literally cannot find a single thing to criticize or complain about!

Olympic hardwood performance was all the more remarkable since they we brought in on short notice as we had to fire the originally chosen by us flooring company due to extremely shoddy work.

Rafal’s crews took over the job at the floor leveling stage, re-leveled the flooring in the whole house and perfectly completed the install of wood flooring and baseboards while on a very tight schedule caused by the firing the original trade. Rafal literally rescued what could have been a disastrous install by another well known flooring company/store.
