Jerod came out with samples, explained everything thoroughly, and provided us with a great estimate. Jim, David, and Troy did an amazing job with the installation of the LVP flooring and baseboards! They carefully moved our furniture before and throughout the project, removed the old flooring, and kept everything incredibly clean. They were professional, hardworking, and their workmanship was outstanding.

“This was our first time using Surprise Flooring and our first impression was very positive. They were responsive to our needs and questions. Kris Farrell completed the carpet install and did an outstanding job! He was great to work with and I highly recommend him! In this job we also needed some tile work. The individual who did the tile work initially was great to work with and completed the job partially due to a time constraint on our part. He’s supposed to return to finish the job but we’ve yet to hear back from him after he said he would be back to finish. The unfortunate part of all this is there were some issues with payments that never did get resolved satisfactory. It was determined that somehow we overpaid. There was some confusion that to our knowledge never was resolved. I still recommend them but I’d make sure you keep track of the billing process.”
