If you are considering a remodeling of your home and floors, save yourself the time and concerns and go with Urban Customs. Heath and his contracting team are absolutely superb in professionalism, design layouts, any work arounds that arise (Heath literally built a Murphy door for us using the present door vs us having to buy one and install) and just as important to anyone....PRICING. My wife and I consulted with several companies in the valley and Heath was nearly 40% cheaper. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and duration were all above board.
