Carefree Eyecare provides exceptional service with a team that is absolutely the best. Dr. Loe is knowledgeable, pleasant, and informative about eye health, making patients feel comfortable and never rushed. He is very professional and always so courteous and helpful, explaining everything he is examining. The staff is also very kind and pleasant, with Alex being so informative and nice. The team provided excellent service and helped suggest different frames based on facial structure. With great service and a welcoming atmosphere, Carefree Eyecare is highly recommended for all eye care needs, offering the best glasses and a really impressive experience.
I love this office! I've never encountered employees so friendly & happy! They seem to really enjoy working here. The doctor is amazing & explains everything so thoroughly & answers all questions in easy to understand terminology & he is so upbeat & positive! I highly recommend this office !
dr loe has incredibly great bedside manner. very kind and took the time to understand lifestyle needs to give the optimal solution. then Alex!!! just cant say enough about her graciousness and abilities to find the right shape of glasses and get best pricing. what a wonderful experience. highly recommend. i wouldn't have waited 3 yrs from last visit had i known how amazing they were.
MyEyeDr. Is Top Notch. I first found them on my insurance website, but did further research on other sites and found all great reviews. I am just adding to the group. I got a same day appt, however due to uncontrolled circumstances I was rudely 20 minutes late. I expected, since it was scheduled for noon and staff would be attempting to take lunch breaks that it would be rescheduled, I was correct. However, it was scheduled for the next day at 9am. They suggested I stick around, fill my paper work out now, and choose frames. I ended up spending nearly two hours! The staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Alex helped me eliminate some and settle on the best ones for my face.
