I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KELSEY AT EYEGLASS WORLD, SCOTTSDALE! MY PRESCRIPTION COACH SUNGLASSES WERE STOLEN. MY HUSBAND AND I SEARCHED FOR TWO DAYS. KELSEA AT THE SCOTTSDALE LOCATION 4302 EAST CACTUS RD. DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB HELPING US REPLACE THEM. I HAVE A ASTIGMATISM IN BOTH EYES SO I HAVE ISSUES WITH GETTING MY PRESCRIPTIONS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND HAD TO COME BACK A COUPLE TIMES HOWEVER, KELSEA WAS ALWAYS SO WARM, FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, AND PROFESSIONAL. I THINK SHE’S THE MANAGER THERE, BUT IF NOT, SHE SHOULD BE! I KNOW IT’S HARD THESE DAYS TO FIND PEOPLE SO DEDICATED TO THEIR JOBS. GIVE THAT GIRL A HUGE RAISE!
I shopped around for just lens to have set in my frames that I bought online, and Eyeglass Word had the best pricing that I could find and on top of that were not tring to sell me on using their frames. The service was very friendly and polite.
The staff has been nothing but kind and resourceful. Kelsey was so helpful with getting my glasses fit to my head. I will absolutely be returning to this location. Thank you so much for the great conversation and getting my eyes seeing crystal clear again.
