Staff and the Vet were super nice and accommodating. They had a couple of emergencies so it set my original time back an hour but it was worth the wait. Dr Katchner was very kind and took his time with my dog.

The girls are so good with our dog. He comes in regularly for nail trims and they keep him comfortable, while using the Dremel tool on him. He is a dramatic 75 lb Cattle Mix, so no easy feat! TY so much!

Thank you to everyone. Dr Kaestner knows I love and trust him as I have been with him for a long time. I was very impressed by Dr. Gabby because she remembered my Lulu even though she hadn’t seen her many times. Dr Novario has seen her as well and is caring. Trust is hard for me as I trust animals more than people and I actually had to purchase Lulu to get her out of a bad situation when she was young. The new docs did cause me some stress and anxiety at first because with me trust is earned. it’s not just given.
