Just moved to AZ and was looking for a local vet. The staff was so patience and friendly. My kitty was having issues but when I explained a bit more of the situation, they wanted to see him ASAP. They were able to squeeze me into the current schedule and help my little guy out. The tests were expensive but the vet did an awesome job providing a diagnosis and treatment plans. I found this vet based on google reviews and they didn’t lie. They are great to work with!

I was new to the area and my Oliver, 15 year old Siamese was having some issues with eating. He wanted to eat all the time. Found out through blood work that he had hyperthyroidism and kidney disease. Got him on meds for the hyperthyroidism and Hills KD cat food for kidneys. I also was shown by the staff how to do IV’s of fluid as that is needed for his kidneys to. The Dr, staff, so comforting and kind to both me and Ollie. Oliver doing good, I figure he will let me know when he has had enough. ❤️?

Dr Rai and her staff always seem to know just what’s wrong with my cat. She rebounds in a day of being seen. They are all very caring and loving. You can see that they love what they are doing. Snuggles and I will continue to go there as long as needed. Dr Rai really knows what she is doing and she even takes the time to call you herself to let you know what’s going on. I would recommend Sugarloaf to anyone who will listen.
