I recently found Sugarloaf animal clinic for my dog’s USDA health certificate to travel abroad. They were very responsible and helpful to walk me through all other steps to make sure every document is correct and ready to go. They helped me avoid so many errors and troubles I would have gotten without them. They were also very nice with my dog because he was a little anxious at the clinic. Overall very good experience and 100% recommended! Your pet will be in good hands.
Dr. Ri and her entire staff are exceptionally caring and compassionate. Dr. Ri is always thorough, takes the time to answer all my questions, and offers excellent suggestions for caring for my dogs. I have complete confidence in her and feel very fortunate to have found such an exceptional veterinarian and team.
We recently had our dog’s teeth cleaned and Sugarloaf did a great job with the actual cleaning plus educating us on all the pre and post op steps and the day of the procedure. Couldn’t be happier with the result.
