I've been coming here since 2010 with my 5 pets and I have never had any issues. The care has always been great and so has the staff. Then yesterday I bring in a new kitten and I had the worst experience ever. I was simply asking questions regarding prices and what was necessary to have the kitten be safe around my child and this lady goes "we haven't had 30$ shots in 20 years. This isn't blue cross free pet clinic". I still paid for my kittens shots and left but this staff member is greedy and not helping your guys' great reputation. Terrible customer service on her end.

Took our family cat in for a possible infected tooth/gums. Quick appointment. Dr. Peter was very friendly, kind, caring and professinal. He was also very reasonable and offered alternative recommendations to minimize treatment costs.

Although they are a bit expensive, I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my dogs and cats. They are good to me and my pets and are willing to listen and discuss my concerns with me, and are willing to find a solution for my pets issues. They have even worked with me on the cost of their services.
