This is the best LensCrafters store in my area. Ashley, Marco and Steve are so professional, knowledgeable and Customer oriented. I’ve purchased several eyeglasses over past couple of years and am always treated like a #1 customer every time I visit the store, whether it’s for an adjustment, questions or just to say hi, it’s always a great experience!
I can’t thank Scott enough for helping me during my vacation. I accidentally left my contacts in another state and was honestly panicking about how I was going to get through the trip. Scott went completely out of his way to help me get replacement contacts quickly, and his kindness and willingness to help truly saved my vacation.

My wife and I went into LensCrafters to purchase new glasses and were greeted by Brian Nagy as soon as we entered the store. Brian helped me with my selection and Ashley Martinez-Saldana waited on my wife. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient.
During the selection process they showed us several frames and lens options and were very patient while we made our selection. The buying process was transparent, honest, hassle-free, and went smooth from start to finish. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ashley and Brian.
