Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. They were so patient with my indecisiveness and gave me room and freedom to try things, and when I asked, gave their helpful opinion on styles and choices. As I explored, they checked in regularly to see if I needed anything. Tim Torrez was super helpful and I watched him juggle multiple clients/patients as he was the only one there at the time I placed my order. He acknowledged everyone, was upfront about the possible wait, and took care of everyone's needs very efficiently. Everyone I’ve worked with there has always been professional, kind, and helpful. In my most recent appointment, Addison, Tim, and Dr.Gunn were all awesome and ensured I left with everything I needed!
I genuinely had a great experience here!! Very professional, warm, friendly and frankly funny in the best way staff at this location! Dr. Gunn was great! I got prescribed new glasses and even got a free sandal repair by Tim! lol..It broke on my way in from the parking lot. Still laughing about it!! Can't wait to pick up my glasses in a week or so. Thank you guys!
