She made a good assessment on my daughter Crystal eyes . The did a lot of test and recommeneded she must see a Retina specialist. The only drawback is her assistant front desk supposed to call us back regarding a referral to a Retina specialist. I went to their office today at 4:34 at Sept 18. There was no one there door was closed . Before I went their to their office dialed the direct number for a follow up for the specialist. No return call. I even called the phone number and the operator theyve send her message to Joan. So Im still waiting for the return call fromJoan

I have been with this Location for 15 years together with my parents. Every visit is satistying ! Every Doctors I encountered here were very profesional and compassionate caring to the eyes of their patients. Lately, Dr. Encarnation was very passionate and caring. I have seen her at least for 5X, Every visit, I got a good treatment and care. She is always very patience and put time to explain and answers on my concern.
