“Booked a massage through Groupon with Mia and I left feeling so rejuvenated. The location is very calm, quiet, and relaxing. I had a really bad pinching pain in my shoulders and neck due to working so much and she was able to reduce the pain with her massage skills. I also had a strain in my leg that was giving me trouble for a while and I didn’t think the massage would’ve made the discomfort go away but it did! Would definitely return but may try a deep tissue massage next time!“

“I have been going here for 2-3 years now. Almost every month I'm here getting adjusted because of my job, and the things I do outside of work. Best places to ever get adjusted without the bending and cracking you. Very friendly people will almost have all your questions answered.“

“I came here for a neck pop that resulted in shooting face pain. That issue was resolved the first visit. The second visit was the sit down treatment plan. The price was a bit shocking at first, but I went ahead with it. I’m so glad I did. I have medical problems that make it difficult to gain weight, for a few a years so I was weak and frail. I also had a thumb trigger that had been stuck for about three years. I had previous physical therapy on my thumb that resulted in being told surgery was my only option. I got another opinion, same recommendation. Talked to the surgeon, but wasn’t ready to commit to that yet. The first physical therapy place had gotten some movement in my thumb. Early in my treatment here I had my back cracked between my shoulder blades. It was intense. For about a month or so my hand was numb. But I kept coming and doing the exercises I learned here. About a year later, my thumb works perfectly. It never catches anymore. No more numbness. It wasn’t even why I was coming here. What a bonus! Another bonus, was that in gaining some muscle, I struggle less to maintain a healthy weight. I no longer feel like a frail old lady. Thank you so much to the staff here for giving me back my craft life. Scissors are no longer my nemesis.“

“I had an amazing spa experience from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. It’s clean, and has a soft, gentle relaxing vibe. Booking online was easy, and when I needed to reschedule, they were accommodating.
Brant knew exactly when to be gentle and when to apply more pressure to release my muscle tension. As he massaged I felt him pause to release tension in my wrists! Yes even my wrists didn’t get left out. He is one of the best and I wish I could take him with me :D Mesa is incredibly lucky to have this gem. I’d give this place six stars if I could.“
