“My experienced has been nothing short of life changing. I came to cornerstone w lower back pain that affected me for decades. Multiple hospital visits w zero results through physical therapy and other measures. I couldn’t run and was in pain daily. Now after decompression treatment <- that’s my term not sure the medical term, I have begun jogging again pain free. No shooting pain up my back and leg numbness has all gone away. I know my body isn’t perfect or probably fully healed but the lifestyle change is beyond words. I would suggest anyone dealing with back pain to at least schedule a consultation to see if they can help. Aside from the results the staff is as friendly and helpful as can be. “I came here for a neck pop that resulted in shooting face pain. That issue was resolved the first visit. The second visit was the sit down treatment plan. The price was a bit shocking at first, but I went ahead with it. I’m so glad I did. I have medical problems that make it difficult to gain weight, for a few a years so I was weak and frail. I also had a thumb trigger that had been stuck for about three years. I had previous physical therapy on my thumb that resulted in being told surgery was my only option. I got another opinion, same recommendation. Talked to the surgeon, but wasn’t ready to commit to that yet. The first physical therapy place had gotten some movement in my thumb. Early in my treatment here I had my back cracked between my shoulder blades. It was intense. For about a month or so my hand was numb. But I kept coming and doing the exercises I learned here. About a year later, my thumb works perfectly. It never catches anymore. No more numbness. It wasn’t even why I was coming here. What a bonus! Another bonus, was that in gaining some muscle, I struggle less to maintain a healthy weight. I no longer feel like a frail old lady. Thank you so much to the staff here for giving me back my craft life. Scissors are no longer my nemesis.“

“I just left the best massage I have ever had! I tried the Fathrs Day special which was time in a sauna that really relaxed me and loosened my tight muscles. Then on to the human and robotic massage. I was very impressed with the robotic massage, constant pressure that I told the therapist how much pressure I wanted. It is increasingly soothing and relaxing. I wish I asked the therapist her name but she was amazing. I told her where to focus, an area that has troubled me for years. While the robotic arm was working on my back she focused most of the time on my problem area. The last 5 minutes was just the robotic arm and what a way to finish up. From there I went to a red light bed, that was my first time in one and it felt great!
When I was done I felt like I was on a cloud! I am sure this will become a regular appointment for me. Do yourself a favor and book a massage, you won't be disappointed.“
