“This was my 6th visit to Imperial Foot Spa, which is probably the strongest endorsement I can give. I figured it was time to write a review.

This time I booked a 1-hour Thai massage with John. Within the first few minutes I could tell I was working with someone who has been doing this for a long time. He wasn't just following a routine. He quickly found the areas where I was carrying tension and spent time addressing them instead of rushing through the session.

The bodywork was excellent. Strong when it needed to be, but always controlled and professional. I've had massages from licensed therapists before, and John's skill level felt right up there with them.

What really stood out were some of the stretching techniques. A few times I felt like he was folding me into a pretzel, but in the best possible way. They were stretches I'd never experienced before, and afterward my back, shoulders, and hips felt noticeably looser. I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, and I walked out feeling more mobile than I had in weeks.

I'd also like to give a shoutout to Mary at the front desk. She's always friendly, welcoming, and does a great job matching customers with the right therapist. The business is clean, professionally run, and every visit has been a positive experience.

I've now been here six times and have never left disappointed. If you're looking for a real Thai massage, dealing with tight muscles, or just need to reset after a stressful week, I'd definitely recommend giving Imperial Foot Spa a try.

Yula is so sweet at the front desk I have had both Lisa and Michelle and they are beyond excellent. Please try this place. You won’t regre it. I promise. I feel so energized every time I leave. “I want to sincerely recognize the General Manager, I believe his name was David, at The NOW Massage in Chandler, Arizona for an outstanding level of customer service.

I actually reached this location unintentionally while trying to find a central or corporate contact for The NOW after a frustrating experience with another location. Even though the issue had nothing to do with the Chandler studio, the General Manager did not dismiss me, rush me off the phone, or make me feel like I had reached the wrong person. Instead, he listened with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

My girlfriend and I are long-time members of The NOW, and we had recently been dealing with a stressful situation involving a chemical spill emergency and mandatory evacuation orders near our home. We had cancelled a massage appointment within the required timeframe through the app, but another location still charged us and removed our credits. When I explained what happened, the Chandler GM immediately took the situation seriously.

What stood out most was that he took ownership of a problem he did not create. He looked up our accounts, contacted our home membership location in Long Beach, apologized multiple times on behalf of the brand, and assured us he would follow up. Within about 15 minutes, he called back with an update and the issue was being handled.

That type of service is rare. He could have easily told us to contact another location or redirected us elsewhere, but instead he chose to help. He showed the kind of leadership, accountability, and care that makes customers feel valued.

The NOW is fortunate to have someone like him representing the brand. His professionalism turned a very stressful experience into a reminder that great customer service still exists. I truly appreciate his help and hope his leadership is recognized.“

“Update 5/7/26 just got my adjustment and feeling great. Also had my last shockwave therapy a few weeks ago for chronic knee pain. Doing much better. I started coming to Dr. Cynthia when my current Chiropractor closed for Covid. I had been having pain in my neck that traveled down my left arm causing tingling in my hands for about 4 months even though I was getting regular adjustments. The next steps according to my chiro at the time were decompression and possibly pain injections. Also had low back pain and numbness going down the right front of quad. A couple months after coming here, the numbness was gone in my arm and the nerve issue had significantly improved. I never thought I could be practically pain free. This is one good thing that came out of Covid! I hardly have any pain now thanks to Dr. Cynthia!

“i’ve been going here for a year, my hair stylist is amelia she is so nice and amazing at my hair, she been dying my hair ever since I first started, always make sure my hair is healthy and not damaged, every time I leave I always love the hair and what she does, she always makes sure with me to what we can get my hair so we don’t damage it, she is very gentle and great at styling! I always get my highlights done by her and my haircut! she always knows what I like and what my “style” is, I definitely recommend going to her, and this salon.
