“Genuinely amazing people! They have helped me out so much in my recovery for my back injury. ALL the staff were very kind and supportive along my journey. I am feeling so much better since I first started their care. I had been to physical therapy before but nothing compares to OSR Physical Therapy!”
“From my first nervous visit til now, the entire staff is kind, professional and knowledgeable! I get a full description of what procedures I need and explained in plain language before I start. Highly recommend AFC!”
“Earlier this year, I injured my back and needed much more frequent care. I needed someone who understood not only my injury, but also me, my work, and the type of treatment I needed to help reduce the nerve pain associated with my L4/L5 disc issues. Dr. Bates became a very important part of my healing journey.
I trust him 100% and recommend him to everyone I know. His staff is equally incredible—always kind, helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The entire office feels like family, and that is something I truly value.”
