“My experienced has been nothing short of life changing. I came to cornerstone w lower back pain that affected me for decades. Multiple hospital visits w zero results through physical therapy and other measures. I couldn’t run and was in pain daily. Now after decompression treatment <- that’s my term not sure the medical term, I have begun jogging again pain free. No shooting pain up my back and leg numbness has all gone away. I know my body isn’t perfect or probably fully healed but the lifestyle change is beyond words. I would suggest anyone dealing with back pain to at least schedule a consultation to see if they can help. Aside from the results the staff is as friendly and helpful as can be. Always accommodating and have worked with my work schedule so good.“

“Total Back has been very good Hoping to get to more therapy I know they’re starting out slow is best I’m looking forward to getting going on the machines and massages acupuncture getting ready to get really more care but they are great. I would recommend them to anyone. They have the knowledge and they have all the equipment that you need and they’re very very good about explaining what they’re doing. I’m really excited about getting through this because I think they’re the right one like choice“

The physical therapist, Shane, is professional, compassionate, listens to everything you say, and is very thorough in his evaluations and treatment exercises. He always pushes you a little, but makes sure you are not in pain and that it's not more than you can handle. Wonderful atmosphere and facility.
