You're coming to a caring dedicated professional group of therapist and front desk staff, that from the moment you walk in, you feel the positive energy all around it. They make coming to Therapy very stress free, working with your schedule and setting a weekly schedule plan that works best for you. If you happen to be a little late for your appt., they are super understandable and go the extra miles to ensure you are squeeze in. Janet at the front desk receives you with a friendly and enthusiastic smile, always going the extra miles to have all your paperwork in order and follow-ups ready for you from the start. She is an amazing person inside and out. Then afterwards, you are received by very down to earth, extrodinarry group of therapist that are ready to tackle your pain. They start by doing an evaluation then setting up a PT plan and the journey starts right then. You are recieved by the main Therapist; Ryan and Christina, then follow by their strong group of super heroes; their assistance; which includes John and Lawrence just to name a few. My therapists was Ryan but mostly saw his assistant John. What I loved about John is that he doesn't sugar codes nothing, super caring, dedicated and very professional man. He is like a coach, ready to help you, and get you on the righttrack. He works with you hard and teaches you the tools needed to continue the exercises even after your done with PT. When I got to STI, I was very skeptical, didn't know if PT was going to help with myextremly painful plantar Fasitis. And Boy! let me tell you, I was in for a surprise! I went for 15 sessions and what I took with me; the proper exercise they taught me, I continue doing when needed at home. My respect to the whole team and staff of STI Physical Therapy. I give them without no doubt a 5 star rating. I highly recommend them to adults and kiddos. In matter of fact my 13year old daughter just started PT with knee pain and feet problems but that's a story for her to tell when she's done with PT ?“

“I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Jolly and his crew. After years of seeing chiropractors and doctors with no real long term results, I finally found a chiropractic practice with a doctor who truly understands the root of the problem and has the facility and equipment to help me get the relif I have needed for years. I have battled lower lumbar and sciatic issues for far too long. I have seen multiple chiropractors and had many, many treatment plans that took months to bring me any relief. They were expensive and ultimately did not provide the long term relief I desperately need. “If you go to see Vaughn you've gone to the right place!Post surgery my doctor wanted me to start PT as soon as possible and this location was WAY WAY out of my way but it had the only availability. I was told to start here for my evaluation then I could continue treatment at a closer location in Gilbert. Well, once I met Vaughn and Kayla I didn't want to go anywhere else.Vaughn and his staff are super friendly, attentive and patient. PT is a long and sometimes painful process but they completely understand and cheer you along during the process. It's obvious that Vaughn knows his stuff but it's his personal attention and compassion that makes him stand out. It's terrible when you lose the function of one or both of your hands. He gets you through it.Now I know this isn't a normal part of therapy, but after talking about my Great Danes and other pups they allowed me to bring them in one at a time for a meet and greet. Hazel was a clear favorite among the staff and other patients. Clearly this isn't standard practice but it is a prime example of the kindness that runs through the whole office.I don't want to leave out Kayla who manages the office. She is the sweetest person and helped me so much with my insurance. She clearly knows what she's doing and shows compassion along the way.I drove 20 miles out of my way, sometimes 3X a week to continue PT at this office. I was really sad when my treatment ended because they are all like family. I was teary eyed when I left and promised to bring Hazel for a visit.They are special people and well worth the trip! You won't be disappointed!“
