A week ago I went somewhere else (not knowing this Rachel’s hair salon existed ?) and did NOT received the color/cut/style I was looking for (it was wayyyyy off! I asked for balayage, charged for balayage and got highlights ?) after dealing with that stylist and it went nowhere. I decided to schedule for an appointment with Rachel after one of my girlfriends went to see her. It was the BEST decision I did for my hair! Rachel took her time to fixed EVERYTHING for me; from the color, the technique, the style, and the cut. Great service the stylist was very friendly with me and my 6yo daughter. We both truly love our new cuts. Very reasonable prices and just overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I must say it exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, attentive, and skilled. The salon had a stylish and clean atmosphere, creating a relaxing experience. My stylist listened to my preferences and delivered a fantastic haircut. I left feeling confident and satisfied. I highly recommend this salon for anyone seeking quality service and a welcoming environment.Btw, John is the best!
