She is the first stylist I’ve ever had who somehow always knows what I want- I don’t speak “hair” so I give pretty vague descriptions but she always translates my vision into reality. Major plus- she always thinks about the long game—my hair’s integrity, what will grow out beautifully, and what actually fits my lifestyle (low maintenance color with long stretches between appointments).

Robyn has so much experience and I trusted her to fix it as much as possible without losing too much more hair. She did an amazing job of blending so the terrible haircut was less noticeable. I trust her completely as we made a plan for the future of my hair to get it to where it was before the debacle. She’s also very knowledgeable and great with color. My highlighted hair always turns orange and I hate that. She toned it into a beautiful chocolate brown color that hasn’t turned orange. I feel totally safe in her care for the future of my hair.“

She asked me what I wanted and we talked about how we could get my hair there. I liked that she didn’t pressure me into buying the Aveda products, I ended up doing a botanical repair treatment as part of my service but I didn’t feel pressured into doing it - which was refreshing. She even did a revision for me, not because the cut wasn't beautiful, but because I'm not very good at styling my hair so I needed something a bit lower maintenance. Everyone is so kind and they give you a little shoulder rub and hand massage so you feel like you're at the spa.“
