We were treated with kindness and concern from the moment we arrived throughout examination, working diagnosis, and proposed treatment by Dr Cruz. This facility provides excellent emergency care and follow up.“

“Dr. Kim is what we hope to find in a vet..someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and listens to pet owners who are worried. What I never thought to find is a vet that LOVES CATS and does whatever is necessary to see that your fur babies will be taken care of at home...by you! On our first visit with Bootsy she crawled under a chair to give him his meds. Then my adult daughter and I joined her on the floor to learn how to give oral medication and eye drops. The next time we needed to give eye meds, we owned up to not being very good at it. She gave us even more training until both of us were able to show her we could do it. Success at home followed. I remember many years ago when teaching elementary school children, that teaching often required finding many different ways to present material so that everyone could understand. That's Dr. Kim. She takes the time to share her knowledge so that our cats get the best care possible. She personally owns many cats and does non-profit adoption. Over the past 8 months we have adopted two of her kitties. Having been well socialized, they transitioned very easily to living in our now 3 cat home. If you stop by her office you might be lucky to find some kitties available for adoption. We are so happy to have found Dr. Kim.“

“A neighborhood stray cat was hit by a car. And I had to bring the little guy to an emergency vet for help.
Aurora is who spoke with me over the phone and assisted me when I arrived with the cat. All I have to say is she is wonderful and very knowledgeable about what the care and procedure that they provide for strays. Her bedside manner was pleasant and calm although the isn’t mine. I suspect she’s even better to people with their own pets. She amazing! Do whatever you have to do to keep her!“

“I definitely recommend this place. They showed kindness and caring during a difficult time for our family, letting our dog go to heaven. They placed a comfy blanket down for him, making sure he was comfortable. Our family sat around him while they explained the process. They allowed us to stay with for as long as we needed. Two weeks later we get a call from a partner company, Aqua Crossing, saying they’re bringing Zues home?❤️‍?. His remains were “hand delivered” to my door in the MOST BEAUTIFUL way ????. Today we had our first visit and I was super impressed with the kindness, thoroughness, and beside manner of Dr. Boyd as well as all of the techs! The front desk ladies are wonderful and spent quite a bit of time with my on the phone answering my many questions. This feels like a very warm and welcoming practice.“

“These people really care about your pet. They spend more time taking care of our dog than our doctors spend with us. Their work is very specialized and there is a reason it is expensive. Each time we have gone in they have spent at least an hour explaining the issues our dog is facing. Can't say enough good things about them.“

I remember when he was on Indian school Road he’s always treated our pets with loving care and went back to him after we moved because they weren’t happy with our other vets so our child Stella had to have surgery and mass moved, and he was very accommodating called me all the time. The vet gave us wonderful advice and information that we didn’t know previously about our dogs. We will definitely be coming back.“

They did take a few days longer to call me back but the lady I spoke with was very kind, patient, and polite while answering my hundreds of questions. The only reason they are not my new vet is because they are the same price or higher as my current vet. I will keep their contact info for emergencies.“
