Attentive, caring and patient with questions. Bill was of course expensive, but that is simply the way it goes. They went above and beyond to find various community funds to help cover the emergency expense. Left our girl for surgery and trusted she was in good care.
I am very pleased with how Blue Field has taken care of my little Hazel, she was in a severe state due to complications after bladder stone removal from a different clinic and they managed to get her back to normal! The staff there has done such an exceptional job im so grateful she was in good hands during these rough 5 day stay at the hospital. The staff would update me 2-3x per day with phone calls and pictures of her on her progress. Im so thankful for the whole staff who was there to care for her!
My elderly boxer had a seizure and I needed to take her to be seen and since it was later in the day my regular vet’s office suggested I take her here. We was seen right away and after short wait the vet came to speak with me. They ended up keeping her overnight for labs and monitoring. I felt confident to have her there. They sent me update and pic in the morning which made me feel better. The vet called and provided suggestions. Overall staff were professional and would recommend this animal hospital.
