I was a bit frustrated. I made an appointment for 5:55 and ended up waiting over an hour for my dog to get his shot. He has hip issues and struggled every time he had to get up off the slippery floors to move forward. The girls were nice though

Although the employee who was checking in dogs and people for the vaccine line(clinic) was a Lil bit rude to me, I just patiently waited for her to address me and find out I had a set appt for my 2 dogs shots there, which she admitted she thot I was a walk in that's why she was short with me but anyway $320 later got both dogs all shots are caught up and good to go for 1 year now!

Been here a while ago. I was searching for a harness for my pup and was assisted by Sara(h), who was one of the most helpful and patient employees I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond in taking the time to try on and adjust several different types of harnesseson my pup until I was satisfied with the fit. She even checked to see if I needed additional help before leaving for the evening. I can't thank her enough for providing such excellent customer service!
