This animal hospital has a very professional staff. They don't have you pay until you're completely done with the service unlike other vets. My dog is very at ease with these vets.

Unfortunately I came in for my favorite guy, Axle, end of life services. They are the most understanding people. I will be coming back for other services with my other dogs and when the time comes for them I’ll be seeing them as well for the others end of life services. Thank you guys for making the unfortunate process easy. I’m adding a picture so they can see him from his healthier times.

I had to visit NorthStar for the worst of reasons- to put my 18 year old pit bull to sleep. They were wonderful from the phone call to the very end. Everyone involved could not have been more compassionate with an utterly devastating moment.
