My AC went out when we were having temps over 110. I called Moore and explained my circumstances and Steven showed up at 7:00 PM and diagnosed the problem to be a bad breaker. Fortunately he had one in his truck and got me up and running by 7:30 PM! Steven was very nice and a ray of customer service sunshine that is sorely missing these days. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
Mrs. Freney had an excellent experience with Moore Air for a recent AC service call. PRINCE Brown arrived right on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. They took the time to explain the problem clearly and the repair was completed fast. We highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable AC service!
