She never talked down to me or made me feel old or insignificant. She discussed everything with me.. She suggested foiling to help blend my color, from the previous times my husband tried to help me cover the gray roots. I also needed a haircut. I told her please don't whack it all off. I believe she is a miracle worker!. She asked me questions every step of the way. She did a perfect cut!! My hair went from dead & dying to looking healthy & alive! When she did the color, I liked it, but still needed time to get used to it. It was brassy when I went into the shop. So I went home & played around with it. It is fabulous...I don't just like it, I love it!! When I called to make the appointment she asked me numerous questions, which gave me comfort, that she was very knowledgeable. She asked me to come in the day before if that was convenient & she discussed a plan. So thankful for Roxie, she is such a blessing to me. I'm not one to brag on people, unless they do an outstanding job!!! Sorry this is so long, but I want ladies to know the reason for praising her! She is awesome!

My pump ceased to function losing all water pressure to my house on a Friday night. I left a voicemail for these folks, who I have used many times throughout the years. With great relief and satisfaction, I received a call very early from the owner/operator, Wes, at 7AM on Monday morning, saying that he was sending out a technician immediately to scope out the problem. That very knowledgeable guy took his electrical readings and said a new pump was required, and that Wes had told him he would have a work crew standing by to have my water back on by end of day.
As per his word, that was accomplished in outstanding fashion. My message is clear: If you want expertise and great customer service use A-1 Arthur's well service!

While I have only had my hair done by Julie, the other stylists are great as well, judging by how their customers look when they're done.

I also got a fade done by Morgan and my eyebrows waxed and I must say that I am very extremely picky person and have been seeing someone else for years and I think Morgan did a wonderful job. if you ever need a fade done I highly recommend going in and seeing Morgan. they are both just fantastic people to go and get your personal care needs done.

I've had massages before but was never able to relax because the pressure was always to hard for me, even after mentioning it to the massage therapist. My wife’s 50 year old Sears Kenmore sewing machine finally stopped working in a way she couldn’t solve. We considered buying a newer machine, but they seemed so much lighter duty than the old machine. We googled and found Sew Fine. We feared they would laugh and tell us it would not be worth repairing, but she took it in anyway. WOW! Were we wrong! They seemed to indicate it could take quite a while to repair, but two days later she received a call saying it was ready. She picked it up today and just used it. It works perfectly and is noticeably quieter than it has been for years. In addition, at our age not having to adapt to a new machine is a major advantage!We are thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Sew Fine.

We had our rugs cleaned by Ericson's Professional Cleaning. Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. After I contacted them, Tina called back immediately and scheduled an appointment for us. Later, Tina informed us of a cancellation, and we moved our appointment up a day. Eric and his partner showed up on time to clean the rugs and left them bright and clean. They moved furniture that was too heavy for us and went above and beyond on the job. They were polite, respectful, and friendly. This business is the best at what they do, and we will contact them again in the future. Highly recommended!

We have been customers for over two years and have always been happy with their service. Today, they went above and beyond. Over the weekend while preparing to have new LVP flooring installed, we discovered what looked liked insect poop under one of the baseboards. Our first thought was termites. I tested Pesty Pest at 7:45am and they had someone here at 8:30, impressive to say the least. Their technician assured us that it wasn't termites, but roach poop from an inactive colony. Their ongoing treatments have taken care of the nasty little creatures. What a relief, no termites, no walls being torn down, just new floors by Christmas. That's a great example of good customer service.

Steve and his team recently finished installing pavers on the side of our home. It was approximately 600 square feet. They did an absolutely fantastic job. They are true professionals and perfectionists. There was no easy access to the area on that side of the house, so they had to move material back and forth the long way from the other side of the house going across the entire backyard. Not an easy task. They explained the entire process of what they had to do throughout the job. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have this kind of work done.

Yesterday was our first time bringing both of our dogs to Cerbat Cliffs Animal Hospital, and we couldn’t be happier. I originally found this vet a few months ago during an after-hours emergency, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations in how they cared for my dog. After that experience, I decided to switch all of our veterinary care to their office.
I had become very frustrated with our previous vet, appointments were never on time, waits were extremely long, and checking out felt like being held hostage. Cerbat Cliffs has been the complete opposite. From booking appointments to receiving reminders, their process is efficient and professional.
During our visit yesterday, they were right on time, the front office staff was friendly and welcoming, and the technicians and Vet were fantastic. Their pricing is reasonable for the services provided, and even if you pay a little more, the level of care and customer service is absolutely worth it. I’d much rather have better service and peace of mind.
I’m truly excited to continue using them for our pets’ care. Thank you!!!

I am forever grateful to Mountain View Animal Hospital, Dr. Forsee, and her incredible staff. On New Year’s Eve, they took my puppy in as an emergency when no other clinics would. We had to drive over 2 hours to get there, and they even waited for us through their lunch, that alone speaks volumes about their compassion.
I had rescued my puppy just one week prior, and he contacted parvo. Dr. Forsee and her team were so kind, patient, and thorough in explaining the treatment options and what to expect. They truly cared, not just about the diagnosis, but about us as worried paw parents.
I’m so happy to report that my puppy is now on his way to recovery and full of energy again. The parvo antibody vaccine along with the other treatment medications worked wonders. They genuinely saved my little fur baby’s life.
I also want to add that I called several places starting Friday, and none would take him in as an emergency except Mountain View. If you’re ever in need of compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated veterinary care, this is the place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ?❤️
We have been taking our pets to Dr Andrews for almost 7 years. I have not had any bad experiences. We live in Havasu and drive to Kingman because we pay less than we did in Havasu. We also have had no problems. Dr Andrews has always been so kind and knowledgeable. The Office staff has been absolutely amazing! My dogs are my babies. I trust Dr Andrews 100%.
