“They came out to see the house, took measurements & invited me to the showroom to pick out some laminate types. I was waiting for an approximate estimate. It still has not come. They did estimate the job if I had the cement smoothed, polished and stained instead. The ladies in the show room were very helpful and sent me home with a few good sized samples to play with. I still haven’t heard back from the showroom either. The estimate for the cement was twice what I expected! They have a good supply of samples & are friendly and knowledgeable, but more than I can afford.
ADDENDUM: It is now 8/23 & it was brought to my attention that my flooring professional had been in the hospital the week I was waiting for an estimate. I am so happy that she is well & will be back to her zippy self. I apologize that the first part of the review implied the service was slow. All my best, Cari.“

“I literally won’t hire anyone else. They have done so much work in my house over the years including a stone face on my fireplace, flooring the entire house and renovating my kitchen and bathrooms. Chris (tile installer) is an artist. Every tile has been placed to make perfect corners with no weird angles and attention to detail. Have there been bumps? Yes. None have been their fault but their office staff has gone above and beyond to help eliminate them when they really didn’t have to. The first job they did for me was around 2010 or so. I’ve hired them two more times since then and I have more work planned for them next year.
Our home is beautiful thanks to Chris and Cyndi and Reanon. I highly recommend them.“
