The Floor Doctor, AZ LLC
“They came out to see the house, took measurements & invited me to the showroom to pick out some laminate types. I was waiting for an approximate estimate. It still has not come. They did estimate the job if I had the cement smoothed, polished and stained instead. The ladies in the show room were very helpful and sent me home with a few good sized samples to play with. I still haven’t heard back from the showroom either. The estimate for the cement was twice what I expected! They have a good supply of samples & are friendly and knowledgeable, but more than I can afford.
ADDENDUM: It is now 8/23 & it was brought to my attention that my flooring professional had been in the hospital the week I was waiting for an estimate. I am so happy that she is well & will be back to her zippy self. I apologize that the first part of the review implied the service was slow. All my best, Cari.”
Cyndi's Floors N More
“So my Grandmother and I recently moved to Kingman, Arizona, and we bought an Angle Home. It is a brand new build. We are the first people to live here. So, we didn't care for the shower that the builders installed so we started looking into shower installers. After several inquiries and estimates, we decided on going with Cyndi's Floors N More. As soon as we walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a smiling face. Rhiannon was so sweet and patient with us! She then set up an appointment for Cyndi herself to come to our house to measure and to give us an estimate. Cyndi was and has been so very kind and helpful. She is so detail oriented, and I appreciate that so very much! Also, she actually listened to what we wanted, and as most of us know, that is very rare! She has gone above and beyond for us! The shower itself just recently got finished, and it looks absolutely beautiful! I am so glad that I decided to go with Cyndi's Floors N More! I would recommend them all day long!! Thank you so much again Cyndi! You are the BEST!!!!”
