Months ago, Colleen gave me a breathing test and ordered oxygen for nighttime. No one is doing a thing to get me this oxygen. The office mgr ignores my calls and has a rotten attitude. We need a pulmonologist for the bullhead city area. This doctor and staff are a sad example
I recently had the opportunity to work with Bruce on a Generac system installation, as well as a car charger install for my home. Not only was Bruce highly communicative throughout the entire process, it was done very quickly, and it looks as if it came with the house. Truly an artist in his craft. Definitely a cut above the other electricians we had quote us for the job by a mile. Looking forward to working with him in the future, and yes, we will be referring him to everyone we speak with. Jeff has cut my brothers hair and he has always had a great experience having him cut his hair. The level of expertise is amazing. My 14 year old son refuses to get his haircut anywhere , except for Angel's House of Fades. He says they are the only ones who know how to cut his hair the way he likes it. We were able to walk right in and was in the chair within a minute. Good music and vibes. Definitely recommend!

All of my haircuts have been great. Everyone's been super friendly. You can check in online. If you come back within a 2 week time frame your haircut is cheaper. That's if your hair grows fast. The wash,rub,hot towel and massage are a nice touch.
It will become my main stop for haircuts.

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a nail salon! My husband and I got pedicures and I got a full set, the pedicures were SO relaxing to the point my husband even fell asleep lol! Haleigh Lawrence at New Pals Salon did an amazing color transformation on my hair! She turned brown dull hair into vibrant copper/red locks with a blonde color block that rocks!! She took her time and really ensured I knew her process. She trimmed and thinned my hair so it’s easy to style on my own. 5 star service!!!

I called Robin on Tuesday Dec 26th to see if I could make an appointment for my child to get her hair cut and ask how much she charges and Robin was so nice on the phone set up an appointment for the next day Dec 27th we got to her salon and she had the biggest smile on her face and was so excited to meet me and my daughter she is the kindest person ever and she got the biggest kick out of my child... Mike is an awesome plumber. He came to my house after 2 other local plumbers told me I definitely had a leak but they didn't know where and walked away. Mike had the knowledge and determination to actually locate the leak and fix it. He keeps the work area tidy and even made friends with my 2 little dogs. Reed Electrical Services were excellent in the rewire of my 1948 house. They came in behind a bad contractor/electrician and inspected and replaced all wiring, updating lighting in the basement and garage, and basically made my house feel safe to live in. All employees I came into contact with were professional and easy to work with. Highly Recommend!

Just went there today. I usually don't go out of my way to make reviews, and they never asked me to, but Dr. Chang is a pretty good dentist. I am a very very nervous person when I come to the dentist, I have a hard time commiting and I HATE the shots. The dentist just gives me anxiety all around, I'm a retired kickboxer yet I turn into a complete baby when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Chang was able to stay professional, keep me calm and guide me through the appointment very well. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like his friend. He genuinely cares and I wish every dentist was like him. Was gonna finish my teeth in Mexico but because he's just so compatible with me, in going to him from no one for all of my work. Thank you Dr. Chang and to the friendly and lovely ladies that work for him

This was my first time at Crossroads. Found them through a web search, they seemed to have the best reviews here in BHC. I was surprised I was able to get an initial appointment the very next day - very unusual from my past experiences with dentists.
I showed up early to fill out the paperwork, but once that was done, was brought in right on time. Andrea was the hygienist. She was very nice, courteous and explained throughout what was happening, or going to happen.
Andrea went to work, very thoroughly, and efficiently. X-rays were taken, teeth were cleaned, flossed, polished and some fluoride thrown on top for fun. And Kourosh (sp?) came in and did the final check.
They were both very friendly, and answered questions, offered suggestions, and I felt genuinely interested in my dental health.
My only question was the number of x-rays and scanning. I've never had that many pictures taken in over 60 years. But if it helps, then it's all good.

Love this Dentists office both the father and son are great Dentists. I travel from Phoenix to Bullhead to use this Dentists . His staff are super friendly. Never had a Dentists that makes me feel as comfortable as this . Plus don't feel they pad the bill like other Dentists.
The only complaint I have is try to comply with appointments alittle better, but the staff A+ and the dentist so nice thank you

Had a new referral today to finish up a mole and freeze some new spots. Adrian took care of that for me and got me some itch creme for my neuropathy. He took the time to look me over thoroughly and address all my spots n moles. Took pics to compare at follow up visits. I was outside in a half hour.
I went to another dermatology place here in Bullhead first and it was not good. They were milking my Insurance. Calling me in for appointments and saying they didn't have the cream for the treatment. Wasted trip...they should have cancelled. They also tried to Bill my insurance for an uncertified practitioner. Suggest going to Adrian, a good value for your time/benefits.

She then she tried Sandy's and our dogs were so calm and allowed them to trim their nails without being told to give them benadryl. When we left, our dogs were happy and prancing.
