Ernie is great help and makes suggestions where he can. Also admitted he hasn't a clue why we are going through water heaters every couple of years. Suggested we change our soft water filtration system to Brita. He made the saleHe's coming back tomorrow to install water heater and Brita filtration system.

Ernie was efficient and polite he didn't give up until the work was done and even helped in finding out that we were in septic tank...I love how he went out of his way to help us and what other steps we needed to take ....they are lucky to have someone like him...they have a for ever customer
