I would like to take the opportunity to thank both Nick's for the outstanding work they completed in replacing my hot water heater. They are very professional and explained every step during the removal of the old unit, and setting up the new hot water heater. I will use them again in the future if needed. Don was also very helpful in explaining what levels of support they could provide me.
He was very friendly and was done in 20 minutes for 454 dollars!thought that was a little expensive but its done and we don't have to worry about it. Thank you for your quick response. No senior discount and im 80.
Don did a great job, had some good ideas and pointed out all the work we need to do. He was friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. He did call a supervisor who was also very good! Thanks!
