“My engine was derated to 5 mph. I called Jeff, and he arrived in about 45 minutes, just like he said. While waiting for the tests to finish, we had a friendly conversation. He was very helpful and even threw in some bonuses. Everything checked out, the codes were cleared, and the derate was removed. Thanks, Jeff!”
