It was great to find a local Trane service tech. Our unit stopped on one of the hottest days so far this year. I called the office and they had Rodney out within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the handler motor had gone bad and ordered one from Phoenix. This arrived around midday the following day and Tim was on hand to install it and had us up and running. We signed up for their maintenance agreement for future service and repair. Great job guys, thanks.

I called up Service General after hours and left a message asking for an 2nd...read full review
