I went here yesterday because I have been dealing with chronic pain since my diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I wanted to do a detox and I got the detox foot spa bath and the foot massage. I was given a water to help with the detox as well the atmosphere was very relaxing and they had relaxing music playing. It felt amazing to just close my eyes and unplug and let my body do its work. The massage was amazing they used hot rocks and a hot towel as well the massage was long and felt incredible. I got the 90 minutes foot detox/massage.
30 minutes foot detox, 30 minutes foot massage, and 30 minutes massage on the table.
They give you a water bottle before the foot detox. Water in foot detox primarily by acting as a medium for ionic exchange and by softening the skin, which may allow for easier removal of impurities.
My right shoulder was hurting so he focused on that, and also my left shoulder and neck. I came out feeling like new and relaxed. They give you water or green tea if you ask or they will offer at the end.
