I absolutely love this place. If I could live here I would. I always leave in a better mood. It’s helped my headaches and body pain tremendously. It’s improved my mood and helped me be a better me I sleep better and trust the lovely ladies that work here Angel really is named well to!❤️

Awesome place ! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! If you’re an athlete and wanting to take your training to next level but have body injuries that come and go; this will help you continue till the rest day in better conditions ! Definitely will be coming back !

Absolutely a wonderful gem! I have been consistently going for two weeks to use the cryotherapy and the infrared sauna before and after my daily gym workouts and I feel extremely energetic! The facility is beautiful and super clean. The staff, both Angel and Sonia are delightful and very caring. The owner Tina is very knowledgeable and passionate, she truly believes in these therapeutic modalities and protocols. Tina's place is the only one in Phoenix and metros that offers great luxurious services at VERY reasonable monthly memberships, making these therapies affordable and thus actually available.
