“I love Jimmy which is the only reason I stay! The store is raising the cost of every massage by $10 to cover ‘operating costs’! When I messaged the store back upon receiving the email about this price increase, I was told that they were the last store to raise their price in this area. I also asked if the therapist who actually do all the work you’re getting a raise and they are not.! I am in complete shock that they would raise the price this much without increasing the therapist wage! I mean, come on how much of their operation costs really increased. If you do the math on that, 10 massage therapists doing five massages a day is $500 a day! Also, I called two other nearby stores who are not raising their price. Greed has no boundaries.“

“Beware, they've changed their tipping program, so you have to tip on a separate terminal, and they will put in the non-member price and then when you select a percentage you're paying a tip on that price, not the price you actually pay. You can manually enter your tips. So beware of that. It's very shady if you ask me. When you go to a restaurant you tip based on the amount of the check, not the amount that they deem the check to be worth. The front end staff at the desk are pretty rude, and when I pointed out my concern about this, they just gave me a dirty look and we're quite condescending in their replies. As far as the massage goes, Breanna and Marie are awesome! Highly recommend them but I haven't had a bad massage from anybody else either, the massage therapists are pretty great.“
