I woke up to my toilets clogged for an unknown reason and within be hours, my shower and my kitchen sink were clogged up and nothing I tried to fix it made any difference whatsoever. I have always been able to unclog the toilets in the past but it quickly became clear that this was something more than I could handle. He went above and beyond and got the information for me to be able to make a payment through Zelle instead. The work he did was excellent, he checked everything before leaving to make sure everything was working properly, educated me about things that I can do to help minimize the risk of plumbing problems in the future, and made sure that I understood what steps to take to prevent the problem from happening again or getting worse. There was never any push to purchase anything while he was showing me the tests he did and explained why he was doing them. The entire experience was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in over 10 years.
